Accessible Seating & Assisted Listening
Are the accessible (handicap) seats available for sale if they aren’t being used?
Accessible seats are prioritised for guests with disabilities and their companions. Close to showtime, if no one requiring those seats has arrived, they may be released for general sale. If you occupy an accessible-designated space and a guest with accessibility needs requires it, you may be asked to relocate.
Do you provide assisted listening devices or descriptive audio devices?
Yes. We offer assistive listening, closed-captioning devices, and descriptive audio headsets at no extra charge, subject to availability. Request these at the box office or guest services before your show.
Do you have accessible seating for someone with limited mobility or a disability?
Yes. Our auditoriums include wheelchair accessible seating areas with adjacent companion seats. You can select designated accessible seats online or ask our box office for assistance. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so our staff can help you get settled.
Age Policy
Can an adult buy an R-rated movie ticket for an underage child?
No. For R-rated titles, anyone under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal adult guardian inside the auditorium. An adult may not simply purchase an R-rated ticket for a minor and send them alone. IDs may be checked.
Children under 17 are not permitted to attend R-rated films unless accompanied by a parent or legal adult guardian, and the guardian must remain for the duration of the movie. On Saturday nights, guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire show.

Is the down payment refundable?
Deposits are refundable if you cancel before the cutoff window stated in your agreement (commonly more than 14 days prior). Within 14 days, deposits are generally non refundable.
What is the down payment, and when is it due?
A deposit (often around 50% of the rental fee) is due upon signing the rental agreement to secure your reservation. The balance is due by the event date.
What happens if I cancel within 14 days of the booking?
Cancellations within 14 days typically forfeit the deposit. With more notice, deposits are usually refundable or can be applied to a rescheduled date.
